No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This policy is in place because:

  • Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense
  • Once downloaded, the product files are in your possession permanently
  • We cannot verify that the files have been deleted from your systems

Before You Purchase

We encourage you to make an informed decision before purchasing. Please:

  • Read the product description carefully - All features and included items are listed on the product page
  • Check the demo - When available, review the live demo to see the product in action
  • Review the tech stack - Ensure the technologies used are compatible with your needs
  • Ask questions - Contact us if you have any questions before purchasing

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider a refund request if:

  • Technical Issues: The product files are corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice (within 24 hours)
  • Major Misrepresentation: The product significantly differs from what was advertised

These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

How to Request a Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception:

  2. Include your order number and proof of purchase
  3. Clearly explain the issue you encountered
  4. Provide screenshots or documentation of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Before requesting a refund exception, please note that many issues can be resolved through support:

  • If you're having trouble downloading, we can resend the files
  • If you found a bug, we'll work to fix it
  • If you need help getting started, we provide documentation and support

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, you will be immediately banned from future purchases and your access to any purchased products will be revoked.

We always prefer to resolve issues directly. Please reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider.
