w3mela provides digital products including but not limited to website templates, application source code, workflow templates, eBooks, and other digital resources for developers and businesses.

Purchases are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Gumroad). By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms of service in addition to ours.

4. License Grant

What You Can Do:

  • Use the purchased product for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify the product to suit your needs
  • Use the product in unlimited end products for yourself or clients

What You Cannot Do:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share the original product files
  • Claim the product as your own original work
  • Use the product to create a competing product or service
  • Transfer your license to another person or entity
  • Include the product in any open-source project

5. Intellectual Property

All products, content, and materials available through w3mela are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a license to use the products, not ownership of the intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is required at the time of purchase
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • All sales are final (see Refund Policy)

7. Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. You will receive download links via email and/or through the payment platform.

8. Product Updates

We may provide updates to products from time to time. Updates are provided at our discretion and may not include new features. You are entitled to updates for the major version you purchased.

9. Support

Basic support is included with your purchase. This includes:

Support does not include:
